6. Stay hydrated & watch your diet – it is recommended to drink at least a gallon of water each day. I have also noticed a change in my skin based on my diet.
7. Vitamin E oil – I often sleep with this on my face at night. It moisturizes my skin while I sleep and it helps get rid of facial scars. I can recall when I burned my forehead while straightening my hair and I applied vitamin e oil regularly and the scar became non existent.
